Our website is hosted by Wix.com Ltd. (40 Namal Tel Aviv St., Tel Aviv 6350671, Israel).
Wix implements technical and organizational measures to secure your data.
We have concluded a Data Processing Agreement (DPA) with Wix pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR.
Data may also be transferred to the USA and other third countries; Wix relies on the EU Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) for such transfers.

We use the Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.) to analyze and optimize our advertising campaigns.

We use the LinkedIn Insight Tag for campaign analysis and retargeting.

6.5 TikTok Pixel

 

We use the TikTok Pixel for reach measurement and advertising.

  • Third-country transfer: USA/China. Despite SCCs, an equivalent level of data protection cannot be guaranteed.

6.6 YouTube

 

We embed YouTube videos (Google Ireland Ltd.).
When loading a page, data (IP address, device information) is transmitted to YouTube/Google, even without interaction.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

 
6.7 Google Maps

 

We use Google Maps to display interactive maps.
Data (IP address, location, device information) is transmitted to Google.
Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR.

 
6.8 Calendly

 

We use Calendly (LLC, USA) for appointment scheduling.

  • Data: name, e-mail address, and any additional information provided in the booking form.

  • Third-country transfer: USA (SCCs).

  • Storage period: Until the appointment is completed, max. 6 months.
    Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

 
6.9 Profiling / Automated Decisions

 

Some analytics and marketing tools (e.g., Google Ads, Meta Pixel, TikTok Pixel) may analyze your usage behavior to display interest-based advertising.
However, no automated decision-making under Art. 22 GDPR takes place that produces legal effects or similarly significantly affects you.

  • Google Analytics: 14 months.

  • Calendly: until the appointment + 6 months.

  • Server logs: max. 30 days.

  • Cookies & marketing data: according to consent banner or until consent is withdrawn / campaign ends.
